  Data Protection & Security.

Protecting your privacy and ensuring data security are critical priorities for us.

How we handle your Data

We take every measure we can to preserve the security and privacy of your data. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulations and the UK Data Protection Act.

Privacy

The data we store and process is limited to the minimum. We have two sites: a general web-site and a site used for online assessments. The general website currently does allow people to register in order to be able to access articles. The assessment site does store more personal information.

Purpose for Storing Your Data: The accounts on the website only contain name and email address and are used to access articles. The Assessment site stores name and email address plus your answers to questionnaires. The name and questionnaire responses are necessary to produce a report and the email address in order to send it to you. Data collected for our generic products is stripped of all personal identifiers and used for internal statistical purposes. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

Duration of Storage: We retain the details of your website account until you ask us to remove it. We annually review dormant accounts and ask if they are still required. If not, or we do not hear back from the person, we delete the account.

Assessment data is removed from the online platform once a report has been generated and is archived offline for a year in case required again. Data for our generic products is stripped of any identifying personal information and used for statistical purposes. Data that is not used for our generic products is securely deleted after a year.

Cookies: The general website does not use cookies. The assessment site uses temporary cookies for operational purposess. These are not used to track your behaviour nor used for advertising or marketing purposes.

View or Remove your Data: If you wish to see what data we store on your behalf, or wish to have your data removed from our platform, please email dataprotection@oxfordbp.co.uk.

Sharing Your Data: We do not share your data with any other organisation nor sell it to any third-parties.

Data Security

Our data is stored in a highly secure date-centre in the United Kingdom. The Data Centre is ISO-27001 and ISO 9001 certified. There are strict measures to protect physical security, cyber and human vulnerabilities. It is a UK Government G-Cloud Supplier.
